The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. 

Responsibilities

Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code

Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements

Coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

Support test and deployment of new products and features

Participate in code reviews

Professional Experience

Master or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 

4-6 years of industry experience

Strong analytical skills

Leadership experience

Hands-on experience in functional analysis, development, and maintenance of computer applications, primarily focused on new technologies,

Knowledge of Microsoft .Net Framework, SQL Server, .NET Core is a plus,

Practical experience in WEB programming (CSS, javascript, HTML, ...),

Knowledge of methodologies and tools related to the development and maintenance of computer applications,

Have experience in project management,

Mastery of office automation tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Personal skills

Knowledge of French and/or German, professional knowledge of English,

You are organized, proactive, autonomous, reliable ... and know how to ask for advice when needed,

You are result oriented,

You are a positive and social person,

You are comfortable managing interactions with customers and colleagues
