By using a maximum of machine-readable information such as barcodes and RFID and modern mobile data acquisition devices (handheld scanners) as well as an optimization of warehouse navigation and direct communication of tasks to the storekeeper, we reach a maximum of performance. Graphical storage occupancy overviews and detailed inventories help to make optimum use of the available storage capacities.
Data acquisition for transport management can be done manually or by maximum usage of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Geocoding and Geodirection services allow to visually plan routes. Interfacing permitting bi-directional connection with powerful standard Vehicle Route Scheduling Software is also available.
